WHO AM I?
MEET MELISSA LAZLO
I never planned on becoming an educator, or even a hairstylist.
My entrepreneurial journey began in the corporate world, where I closely absorbed the inner workings of multi-million dollar businesses. Alongside that, I have been heavily passionate about extensions for over 15 years and actively worked more than 8 years as a licensed hairstylist.
I merged my corporate skills with my passion for beauty, leveraging everything I knew from the boardroom to the salon chair.
This unique mix allowed me to skyrocket my own hairstyling career to exceed six figures within my first year, all while working an average of only 25 hours per week behind the chair. Now, I’m excited to pass on the insights that made all the difference.
Pretty soon, everything fell into place. My clientele grew rapidly. My booking schedule filled up. And I had other stylists asking for help with their businesses too.
Here’s the thing—there were no secrets, just efficient strategies and hard work, and I’m all about sharing what I know (no holding back).
Seeing my own business thrive by merging corporate ideology with my passion for hair sparked my excitement to pass on these methods to others ready to step up their game.
